To get to 100+ daily orders on Amazon in 3 months
The brand had been promoting products on Amazon since 2 years but was struggling to grow. With their range of bakery and grocery items, they had been doing well offline but were looking to crack Amazon. Over 2 years, they had spent lakhs in trying to do that but could never even cross a lakh in monthly sales or 10 daily orders. That’s where we came in.
Precise Opportunity Identification & Scale Up
We picked 6 focus products for month 1 by carefully analysing the competition, for over 25 of their products. The case for each product’s selection was clear – it has be a market segment where we can be profitable from month 1 and also be able to scale rapidly.
Listing Optimisation & SEO
We revamped the existing listings for all the 6 products and their variants. Right from titles, descriptions, features to images and pricing was redone for each variant basis the competition map and keyword research. The intel from PPC search terms was funnelled back to further improve rankings.
PPC Scale Up
We then moved to promoting the products via PPC. Our PPC strategy was to create 4-7 campaigns per product with micro-level bidding to maximise the chances of hitting profitability right at the start. Over the month, we had 49 campaigns running and being optimised twice a week for quick results.
3000+ Orders in Month 1 itself
Owing to our strategic product selection, listing optimisation and PPC campaign structures, we scaled the Amazon revenue very rapidly and also profitably. The account saw 3000+ orders in the 1st month itself – hence meeting the objective of 100+ orders daily.
That said, this is just the start of the journey. Our next target for the brand is to get to 10,000+ monthly orders within 6 months and we’ve already started the strategic planning for it.
