OBJECTIVE
To generate relevant leads via Google Search & Display Ads
6th year into existence, this management institute was struggling for growth despite a pre-placement linked admission model. It was a premium PG program but without a brand name associated.
Our project was to generate relevant leads from Google Ads while also ensuring targeted awareness about the institute amongst potential students & parents.
OUR SOLUTION
Google Ads - Search & Display
Google Search Testing
We started with testing Google Search Ads for the 1st month to establish the quality of leads. We created a base from which we could rapidly scale up as the institute was already in the middle of admissions cycle.
Google Search Scaling Up
With the initial lead quality established, we started rapidly scaling up the search ads to get to the target number of leads. While scaling up, we ensured that the quality of leads remained stable by focussing on long tail searches and targeted audiences.
Google Display Campaigns
Along with the Search campaigns, we started Google Display Campaigns to build awareness about the institute amongst the target audiences. Separate campaigns were launched for students and parents to focus the communication to things that matter to each TG.
RESULTS
~4500+ relevant leads in 3 months
After 3 years of struggles, the institute was able to fill the full batch again owing to the digital campaigns. To get there, our focus on brand building + lead generation paid rich dividends.
While conversions to admissions in Management Education is a very tough task, the team of counsellors at the institute did a great job which helped our results a lot.
