We overtook a complete revamp of their website to improve information architecture, user interfaces and also the quality of content.
We simplified the website architecture for users to be able to find the information that they are looking for, very quickly.
Improved the content quality so that both the target audiences – technical managers as well as purchase managers can understand and appreciate it and make their buying decisions without having to look for any other source of information.

We mapped the user journeys of both potential decision makers – the technical department as well as the purchase department. Both look for different pieces of information which were mapped into emailer journeys.
Conversion Rate Optimisation
We optimised the website flow and interactions to reduce the drop-off rates from the lead generation process.
Through our efforts, we saw a drastic improvement in the user engagement metrics on the website and subsequently in lead generation and lead quality as well. While the pages per session improved by 46%, the average session duration improved by a whopping 230% indicating that the users were finding more value and were being able to make the decision then and there on the website itself. Subsequently, these improvements also resulted into improved lead generation as well as quality of leads for the business creating massive long term value.
